“Namaste & Cheers” – that's the motto of this unique combination of yoga and wine tasting. Instead of pressure to perform, Wine Yoga offers flowing movements, a relaxed atmosphere – and a good glass of wine right there on the mat. Suitable for yoga beginners as well as experienced yogis.

What is wine yoga?
Imagine your favorite glass of wine meeting downward-facing dog – and the two getting along famously. That's exactly what wine yoga is: a charmingly chaotic mix of movement, indulgence and lots of fun. Instead of pressure to perform, there are relaxed flows; instead of a water break, there's a wine break. The glass becomes your yoga partner, and the yoga mat becomes a stage for joie de vivre – and even those who think more of Pinot Noir than of the “tree pose” are in the right place here. In short: A little exercise, a little wine – and a whole lot of good vibes.
