This tour was really great! Our guide, Rueben, was very friendly and professional. Each cenote offered a different set of activities and experiences. Most activities were moderate intensity. There were safety precautions in place (lifejacket always required), but they certainly don't coddle you, so be aware of your physical limitations. The food offered was much better than I expected. Snack time was coffee and pastries, lunch was salad, soup, cold cuts, cheeses, and bread--all very high quality. The actual length of the tour will depend on when you get picked up. We were the first and last stop in our group of 16 people and the tour took 8 hours from pick up to drop off. The ride each way was ~90 minutes and I wished I had brought a book for this part. Do expect to spend quite a bit of time on your bus either way though, as you have to drive between each cenote. It was really cool to observe the jungle along the way. Overall we had a great time, I would definitely recommend this tour!

Cancun was turning to be like any other generic destination due to the commercialization and popularity of the area until I went to this this tour. The tour guide duo of Miguel and Gala made this tour truly unique and special. We went to 5 different cenotes in 5 locations and Miguel didn’t just provide geographical and historical information but interacted with the members of the group as if they were his family. I’m a novice swimmer (to say the least) and thought that this tour will be a challenge but Miguel was calm, supportive and encouraging throughout the tour. I highly recommend this trip to even those who have anxiety of water. The centoes are located in areas rich in geographical history and you get to see living creatures in their own habitat. I love the genuine interaction between the tour guide and members. I would go again.
