Home to tales of skulduggery and warfare, this famous landmark is an unmissable piece of Charlotte Amalie’s history. It was originally called Skytsborg Tower, meaning ‘gun tower’ in Danish. For several years, the tower was part of a private residence and was later the centrepiece of a hotel called the Inn at Blackbeard’s Castle.
Fort Christian
