What you can expect

The Tierra del Fuego National Park is a must for all those who come to the End of the World. This natural protected area, located 12 km from the city centre, will allow you to connect not only with the flora and fauna, but will also transport you through time to the origin of these remote lands. The tour starts after being picked up from your hotel in the centre of Ushuaia in a comfortable coach equipped with air conditioning and heating.

The first stop will be at the End of the World Train Station, where you can choose to take the train or just visit the train station and continue with the tour guide.

Once inside the Park, we will discover its most emblematic places surrounded by forests, mountains, rivers and incomparable landscapes.
We will visit Lake Acigami ( former Lake Roca), of glacial origin, located on the border between Argentina and Chile. Here we will be able to walk for a few minutes on the shore to observe the surrounding flora and fauna.

Finally, we will visit Lapataia Bay, site where the Pan-American route ends, and the National Route N 3, also known as the end of the passable roads of the American continent. Once the tour is over, we will return to the city centre.

End of the World Train (optional): When the group arrives to the End of the World Train Station, take an exciting ride on the last 4.5 miles (7 km) of the original 15-mile (25-km) path that carried a prisoners' train almost 100 years ago. Going through the Cañon del Toro and crossing the Pipo River on Puente Quemado, be amazed by the outstanding scenery. Discover and delve into the landscape of a Subantarctic forest located on the shores of the Beagle Channel in the southwest of the province of Tierra del Fuego, Antarctica, and South Atlantic Islands.
