What you can expect

Our Lisbon to Sintra private day trip takes you to this fairy tale mountain which hosts a small hamlet so charming it will make you believe that fairies still exist. The special micro-climate in this unique setting along the Atlantic coast turns the Mediterranean landscape into a lush hill of nature’s grandeur. Dotted with grand estates, palaces, picnic grounds and public gardens there are so many sites to see here a full day is barely enough. Some of the key sites are Pena Palace and the gardens & palace of Monserrate.
Included en route is: Cabo da Roca – most Western point in Europe – lunch along the coastal drive with amazing Atlantic views. Coined by Lord Byron as “the most beautiful in the world” it is a place you simply must experience.
At the end of the day our coastal drive takes us to Cascais. This sleepy fishing village turned beachfront playground for Europe’s aristocrats is today a gorgeous village boasting quaint shops, excellent restaurants, a grand marina and a seaside promenade offering sweeping Atlantic views.
