Start your surf journey in Puerto Escondido with a beginner-friendly lesson designed to make your first waves unforgettable! Begin at your surf school, meet your instructors, and enjoy a 30–40 minute theory session on ocean safety, wave dynamics, and paddling basics (all with personalized guidance in a small group). We guide you through breathing exercises, surf drills, and warm-ups to prepare your body and mind before heading into the water for one hour of guided practice. Then, we move to the beach with the best conditions that day (Carrizalillo, La Punta, or another nearby break), carefully selected for safety, comfort, and optimal learning. In the water, the dynamic is one instructor for every two students, keeping things focused and personalized. You'll practice paddling, catching whitewater waves, and standing on your board with step-by-step coaching and clear feedback. The lesson ends back at the school.
