The Ponte del Mare is a cable-stayed cycle-pedestrian bridge located in the city of Pescara which, with its 466 meters in length between the abutments and the 172-meter span of the suspended deck, is the largest Italian cycle-pedestrian bridge and one of the largest in Europe.

The Sundial is the sculptural element that since 27/7/2013 has been set in the new stretch of the Southern Riviera of Pescara, in the part between viale Pepe and the d'Annunzio theatre.

The nature reserve of provincial interest Pineta Dannunziana, also known as the Pineta Dannunziana is a protected natural area located in the southern area of the municipality of Pescara.
