Extremely disappointed with the tour operators as the bus did not come to the hotel for pick up in the morning and i did confirm it with them twice, in order to get to the bus we had to pay for a taxi which meant that we were all 45 mins late and missed out on various activities scheduled for the day... then the tour operators lied to the other guest blaming us for being later when it was the tour operators fault, hence we were subject to ridicule and verbal abuse by the other passengers, which end up in a fight amongst the passengers in which left 2 children on the bus crying.. the tour bus operators then threw us of his bus and then we needed to get 3 tour buses to get home... the whole experience was horrible and demand my money to be refunded immediately..

Would appreciate if they have clearer boarding pass for boat trip to village. We took the wrong boat due to poor instruction from those in charge
