Activity itinerary

While you enjoy the sun, sand and beach of Flamenco, take advantage of the time and learn about three transformative theories. There are 90 minutes, divided into 4 times, to enjoy an exclusive workshop with Dr. Carmita Laboy (researcher, human behavior therapist with twenty years of experience, writer, communicator). Learn three theories to anticipate well-being. Quantum Physics (Nobel Prize that explains who we are and how we behave as matter and non-matter that we also are and how by observing we change what is observed. That is, us.), the Theory of the Unfolding of Space and Time (Prize Nobel to learn that we all live in two times at the same time, one that we perceive and another that we do not, of 2 seconds, one and 122 minutes during REM sleep that we use to exchange essential information to anticipate our future well-being) and the Cognitive Behavioral Theory Cyclic that postulates that thought provokes an emotion and this causes a behavior that is repeated for better and worse. All applied to human behavior and how to anticipate our future in well-being. In short, it is using our vital force while we learn and enjoy Flamenco.
