What you can expect

Perched on a ridge above an active volcano, Tagaytay is a popular destination for its amazing views of the Taal Volcano and Taal Lake. This tour takes you through the scenic city to the natural sights before showing you the Las Piñas Church and Jeepney Factory where 4-wheel vehicles are made.

Head out of Manila with your guide, traveling through picturesque countryside and quaint little towns before arriving at Tagaytay. At 2,250 feet (686 m) above sea level, the city is blessed with cool breezes, a mild climate, and 360-degree views of lush greenery all around. From the city, you can see the amazing Taal Lake and Taal Volcano, whose crater houses another active volcano. Marvel at the majestic view from a vantage point in the city, learning about the volcano and its history from your guide.

Get the chance to sample local snacks as a refreshment before heading to the Las Piñas Church. Inside the church, discover an amazing 19th-century pipe organ made almost entirely out of bamboo pipes that's lauded as a National Cultural Treasure of the Philippines. Your final stop on the tour is at the Jeepney Factory, where you can see the iconic 4-wheel vehicles being manufactured and assembled. At the end of your day, enjoy a leisurely ride back to your Manila hotel.
