Know before you book

  • Only one manual wheelchair user plus one companion are allowed on the lift at a time. Guests who do not use mobility equipment or who are not accompanying someone using mobility equipment are not allowed to use the lift.
  • Electric wheelchair users and mobility scooter users must transfer to a manual wheelchair to use the lift. We can provide the manual wheelchair if needed but we must know ahead of time.
  • Should the Acropolis lift be out of service on the day of your visit, another venue will be visited.
  • Guides are not allowed to push wheelchair users.
  • Please provide hotel address for pickup and drop-off upon booking.
  • If you are traveling with any mobility equipment, please provide measurements (combined weight, height, width and length) upon booking.
