Our playground is a beautiful soft sandy beach “Praia do Cabedelo” that receives the strongest wind of the country due to local surroundings and thermic effects.

This sport is adapted to all, from beginners to advanced.
We start teaching from the age of 13 and a minimum weight of 30kg.
You will be provided with all the needed equipment for your lesson.
All you need to bring is sun cream, swimwear to wear under the wetsuit and sun glasses ))
At your arrival you will meet, discuss and set the goals of your class with your instructor.
Each class has a 2h duration.
We ask you to arrive 15min before the starting time of your lesson so we can get you ready.
