  • Our cruises are dependent on weather and a minimum fare requirement. We will do our best to communicate cruise delays and cancellations in advance.
  • Tickets are nonrefundable within 24 hours. If you need to change or cancel your reservation please allow at least 24 hours notice. Incomplete parties will be considered no shows and charged for a full ticket.
  • We ID! Must be 21 years of age and present a valid photo ID in order to consume alcohol.
  • John's Pass is a very busy area with parking that fills up quickly. Plan accordingly as it may take a while to find a spot. Our cruises leave on time and do not wait for late arrivals.
