Detailed, easy-to-follow instructions ensure beginners can participate confidently. Every guest makes 10 handmade Xiao Long Bao, and all ingredients and equipment are provided. Vegetarian or morning/afternoon class options are available on request. Small-group format for a focused, hands-on experience.
