After a convenient hotel pickup, take a comfortable and scenic drive past rolling sugarcane fields and traditional Fijian villages as you make your way to view from afar, the Momi Gun Site. This now silent gun battery perched high above the coastline is a reminder that Fiji was extremely vulnerable to attack by Japanese Imperial Forces during World War II and continues to idyllic Natadola Beach, a tranquil, mile-long (1.6-km) beach on a remote stretch of palm-fringed coastline. This picture-perfect setting, with its coral reefs and calm, azure waters, is the ideal spot to laze in the sun or go for a swim in crystal-clear waters. Post-swim, savor a delicious lunch at Yatule Resort before the return trip to your hotel.
