As part of this this class, you will visit an organinc farmer's market and fish market, choose local ingredients and use onsen steam pods to make noodle dishes. This is almost the only place in Japan where you can use hot spring water for cooking. Vegetarians and Vegans are welcome. Please let me know in advance if you have any dietary restrictions.
