- Adult Beverage Policy: Guests must be 18+ to consume alcohol.
- Pickup Time: Hotel pickups are approximately 45 minutes before departure. Your exact pickup time will be confirmed after booking.
- Hotel Information: Provide your hotel/accommodation name at the time of booking. Transportation must be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. Be ready 5 minutes before your confirmed pickup time.
- Seasonal Tour: Operates from early February through March 31 only, on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday.
- Please be aware that the tour start time may vary depending on the time of year to ensure the best sunset experience.
- Tour Duration: Approximately 3.5 hours including transportation. The whale-watching cruise itself is approximately 2 hours dock-to-dock.
- Transportation: Roundtrip pickup is available from selected hotels in Cabo San Lucas, San José del Cabo and the Tourist Corridor when the transportation option is selected.
- Without Transportation / No Hotel Information: Meet at Plaza Gali, Blvd. Paseo de la Marina, Local 39, Cabo San Lucas, 20 minutes before departure.
- Cruise Guests: Meet at Plaza Gali, across the marina from the cruise tender pier, 20 minutes before departure.
- Whale Watching: Whales are wild animals. Sightings, species and behavior cannot be guaranteed.
- What to Bring: Bring a light sweater or jacket, camera and comfortable shoes. Evenings can be cool.
- Weather: Operates rain or shine. Please wear clothing appropriate for the weather conditions. If the Port Authority closes the port to navigation, you will receive a full refund.
- Late Arrivals / No-Shows: Guests who arrive late or fail to show up are not eligible for a refund.
- Accessibility: Only foldable/collapsible wheelchairs can be accommodated in transportation. The tour itself is not wheelchair accessible.

Cruise guests can easily join from Plaza Gali, across from the tender pier. This seasonal tour runs early February through March 31. Marina Cabo San Lucas

After two incredible hours on the Pacific, return to the Cabo San Lucas Marina as the evening settles over Cabo. Guests with transportation return to their hotel, while cruise guests and independent travelers finish at the marina.
