After Changing into Kimono, please go to the Izumo-no-Okuni statue by yourself. It's about 3min walk from the kimono rental store. The tour will start from 2:00pm, so if you finish changing kimono earlier, please feel free to walk around gion area, but please be at the meeting point by 1:45pm.
