Discover Lan Ha Bay, the less traveled, less touristy, and astoundingly beautiful southern portion of Ha Long Bay. You will cruise through a maze of karst towers before taking kayaks from a floating fish farm and dropping anchor in a tranquil cluster of islands. You will kayak into hidden lagoons, explore deserted beaches, and search for arches and caves.
Savour a Vietnamese lunch cooked fresh by your crew, then you will spend some time relaxing after the meal.
In the afternoon you will head to secluded Moody Beach, where the sea borders two shorelines beneath a massive limestone cliff. Your guides will give you a brief introduction, set up climbs, and fit you with climbing harnesses, shoes, and helmets. Then, we will coach you as you safely climb high above Lan Ha Bay’s emerald waters and jungle beaches on beginner and intermediate routes. In the late afternoon, you will re-board to cruise home as the sun sets over the islands surrounding us.
