Description

On your day exploring Bermuda Island, venture through cave-filled jungles and enjoy local sweet treats, spectacular views, and a beautiful snorkeling spot. Traverse Bermuda and some of its hidden treasures to see the island in a whole new way.

First, journey to Tom Moore's Jungle and find dark caves to swim through and explore. As you meander through the jungle, admiring beautiful scenery as well as lush flora and fauna—catch a glimpse of exotic birds, sly reptiles, and tropical trees and foliage.

Next, head to Bailey's Bay Ice Cream Parlor and try a scoop of delicious locally made ice cream. This quaint, family owned and operated business makes all of its 30 flavors in-house and distributes them around the island. After your pit stop, make your way to St. David's Battery.

Finally, conclude your trip by traveling to Cooper's Island, one of the area's premier snorkeling attractions. Here, you have the opportunity to swim and snorkel around a preserved coral reef teeming with tropical fish. Or take a break from all the adventure and lounge on the secluded beach or wade in the beautiful waters of Bermuda.

The start of this trip was just terrible. The description explained that we would be picked up at 9 am. There were various locations for pick up. We opted for a location closest to our hotel, which was a bus stop. We got to the bus top at 8:50 just so we would be on time. We waited for 20 minutes and no one came. We called the office, no one picked up so we left a message and decided to continue waiting. After about another 15 minutes, someone from the office called back and told us the trip is starting from the south port (where cruise dock) and they pick up along the way so our bus stop location wouldn’t be until another half hr (this was never in the description). So we decided to wait. After the half hour passed, the driver called us and explained he’s still waiting for a group to get off a cruise and the ship is late and there’s nothing he can do but wait for them. All in all, we waiting at the bus stop for two hours and fifteen minutes before the driver was able to get to us.
