What you can expect

Join us for a True New Orleans style brunch! The South is known for Brunch, so let us show you how it’s done in New Orleans. Bottomless champagne, mimosas, wine, beer, sodas and water are included. In this hands-on class we will be making some of our favorite recipes. You will work along side of the Chef learning the best ways to cut and prep the Holy Trinity.

The Chef will teach you to prepare a soulful menu of:

  • New Orleans Style Shrimp and Grits

  • Eggs Benedict with Hollandaise Sauce over a Crab Cake

  • Praline bacon (Pig Candy)
