Know before you book
- Children 11 and younger are not allowed. / minimum 2 adults required for this activity to take place.
- Please be ready and waiting in your hotel lobby 15 minutes prior to your scheduled pick-up time. / Estimated times: Summer +- 06:45 / Winter +- 07:30
- Hotel pickup is available from most centrally located Cape Town hotels. Please arrange pickup from your hotel or a nearby location when you call to confirm your reservation.
- Guests will be notified the day before with collection time.
- Cullinan Guided Journeys strictly follow the SA Government approved TBCSA (Tourism Business Council of SA) Health and Safety Protocols. Should guests present COVID-19 symptoms, COVID-19 testing and quarantine will be at their own cost.
- All passengers are required to be fully vaccinated in order to travel on our tours or transfers. / Vehicles cleaned and sanitized daily. / Anti-bacterial spray/foggers used daily to circulate through the vehicles’ air conditioning system
- Face masks compulsory for all entering the vehicles (each guest to have their own mask). / Sanitation of hands and feet before entering the vehicles. / Temperature checks on entering the vehicles
- Frequent touch points and surfaces will be sanitized at each stop. / Load vehicles to government regulations to adhere to safe social distancing – currently the permitted maximum loading capacity is 70 percent i.e. max. of 8 people in a 13 seater vehicle
- Seats to be filled from the back. / Guests will enter one at a time to avoid congestion. / No seat rotation allowed throughout the tour
