What you can expect

See the top attractions of Durban city on a sightseeing tour that takes in a variety of landmarks highlighting the city’s history and its culture. Take a walk through the city center and visit the Botanical Garden
The 6-hour tour begins with a pick-up at your hotel or port or airport. Thereafter, your tour guide will show you around the exterior of the Moses Mabhida Stadium and explain its history, use and significance.
Thereafter you go to the Durban city centre and visit Victoria Market where you will see a lot of traditional wares such as hand crafted arts, traditional Zulu attire and traditional healers offering different kinds of muthi (Zulu medicines). You will also see a lot of indian spices and herbs.
The tour also includes a visit to uShaka Marine World’s Village Walk on the famous Golden Mile Beachfront on Durban’s parade. There you will be given time to shop and have lunch.
From here the tour proceeds to Durban Botanical Gardens, the oldest botanical garden in Africa offering a very wide range of plants. Here we also find some very rare tree species.
The tour concludes at around 2pm when we drop you off at the hotel, airport or port.
