・Make gyoza wrappers and filling from scratch using fresh ingredients
・Fold and cook both handmade and store-bought wrappers, and compare the difference in taste and texture
・Learn folding techniques
・Learn the secret to making juicy gyoza filling
・Cook pan-fried (yaki-gyoza.)
・Lear how to prepare soup and a side dish to enjoy with your gyoza
・You'll get to enjoy your gyoza with several different dipping sauces
・Receive our English recipe to recreate gyoza at home
・Practice cooking in a conveniently-located studio in central Tokyo
・Receive digital photos from the class afterwards as a souvenior

Activity itinerary

Join us for a hands-on Japanese cooking experience where you'll learn to make gyoza (dumplings) completely from scratch — from kneading the dough to creating the filling, folding the dumplings, and pan-frying them! We will move to the modern and stylish Patia Kitchen studios, conveniently located in central Tokyo to make gyoza from scratch. These spacious, fully equipped kitchens provide a comfortable atmosphere.　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　Chicken filling available upon request：If you let us know more than 48 hours in advance, we can change the filling from pork to chicken.
