Know before you book

  • You must be 5 or older.
  • If you are pregnant, you should not take part.
  • any serious medical condition must be checked with Style Surf before booking
  • You must be able to swim on your own.
  • You do not need previous surfing experience.
  • 9am & 1pm Classes each day. Maximum group size is 10 people.
  • Hours of operations are from 8 AM to 7 PM.
  • You will receive confirmation of your exact tour departure time when you call to confirm your reservation.

What you can expect

Byron Bays' Style Surfing School offer the best Learn to Surf Classes and you will be up and surfing straight away in Byron Bay.

No Prior Experience is Needed for you to enjoy the Best Surfing Lesson in Byron Bay.

We will meet at the carpark at one of the Iconic beaches right in town in Byron Bay and get you started straight away.

Gaz & Sam will be your local Byron Bay Surf Instructor that provides you with basic surf awareness, ocean safety and surfing skills. Give you a wetsuit and a surfboard.

Go through a basic warm-up followed by a sand session on the basics of surfing.

Next, your instructor takes you into the water and helps you surf your first waves.
