This private shore excursion from the port of Ravenna to Venice and back is perfect for those travelers who would like to explore the most beautiful and romantic city in the world, with a passionate professional local guide, and a world-famous gondola ride.

You will be picked up and dropped off at your ship by private comfortable transportation. Each tour and itinerary is individually adjusted to your cruise ship's arrival and departure times to ensure you make the most of your time in the port and that you do miss your ship's departure!

In Venice you will be met by a private professional guide who will show you all of city's highlights such as the Rialto Market, the Frari Chapel, and of course the spectacular St. Mark's Square with the stunning Basilica, Clock Tower and Doge Palace. You will also experience a private, intimate and romantic gondola ride.

At the end of the tour your guide will bring you back to your private vehicle and you will be whisked back onto your ship!

You will be greeted at the cruise ship port and shown to a private modern, comfortable, and air-conditioned vehicle. Your professional driver will then transfer you through the beautiful Italian countryside. The journey takes roughly 2.5 hours. Each tour and itinerary is individually adjusted to your cruise ship's arrival and departure times to ensure you make the most of your time in the port and that you do miss your ship's departure!

Alternatively, the free time can be spent later, at the St Mark's Square where you could visit the Doge Palace or the Basilica on your own.

After a refreshing break at the Rialto market, we will cross the Rialto bridge to experience how the other half of the island lives. Here you will learn about the lives of traders who after a successful day on shore would re-embark on their merchant vessels docked at the port.

Finally we will make it to one of the most beautiful squares in the world: the renowned and breathtaking San Marco Square - the most famous and only "Square of Venice".
