Take a full day to visit the Tiger Cave Temple, the Emerald Pool, and the Krabi hot springs, 3 of Krabi's most famous attractions. Climb up a staggering hill for spectacular views and history at Tiger Cave Temple, then refresh yourself with a dip in the Emerald Pool and Krabi hot springs.

Get picked up from your hotel and begin the drive to Wat Tham Seua, or Tiger Cave Temple. One of the most sacred Buddhist sites in the region, the temple is named for a rock outgrowth that resembles a tiger's claw and the tiger paw prints found in the caves. Climb either the 130-step path or challenge yourself to the 1,239-step hike up to the temple, where you're rewarded with stunning views of the area. Venture into the caves to see beautiful religious statues and carvings alongside artefacts that date back to the Stone Age.

After the Tiger Cave Temple, head to Khao Phra Bang Khram Nature Reserve to visit the Emerald Pool and Krabi hot springs. At the Emerald Pool, go for a swim in the jade-hued waters, which are colored by an abundance of minerals from surrounding limestone hills. Also pay a visit to the nearby natural hot springs, which bubble up from the earth at 122 degrees Fahrenheit (50 C) and cascade down the Klong Thom Waterfall into a cooler pool ideal for swimming. Wrap up your day with a dip in the warm, relaxing water before returning to your hotel.
