What you can expect

There is a unique magic that only happens at dawn in the Kruger National Park, and we invite you to experience the African bush as it awakens on this comprehensive full-day safari accompanied by one of our deeply knowledgeable and experienced guides.

Your expedition begins at 05:00 with a comfortable transfer to the park gates as you enjoy a sunrise drive at first light. We'll then stop for bush coffee or tea and rusks before we continue our search in the premier Satara region, an area world-famous for its high concentration of lions and spectacular wildlife sightings.

At midday, we’ll break for a hearty meal at the Satara Rest Camp restaurant (for your own account), allowing you to soak in the atmosphere and browse the camp shops for high-quality keepsakes. As the midday sun softens and the golden hour approaches, the bush transforms, offering some of the best lighting for photography and a final chance to spot bucket-list sightings.

This tour, renowned for its glowing guest feedback, concludes as we leave the park with a transfer back to your overnight accommodation in Hoedspruit.
