Full Day Horseshoe Bend & Antelope Canyon Tour with Lunch

by Great Venture Tours Duration 10h Free cancellation available No booking or credit card fees
per adult Price is $219

Experience the majesty of one of the American Southwest's great natural wonders with a trip to Antelope Canyon. Along the way, you also get to explore a meandering, horseshoe-shaped section of the Colorado River known as Horseshoe Bend, completing your immersion into Arizona's scenic heartland.

After convenient pickup from your hotel in Flagstaff, embark on a journey that takes you across sweeping, red-rock terrain up to Arizona's northern border. Along the way, hike up to Horseshoe Bend and take in sights of the winding Colorado River from above. Then enjoy a box lunch at the towering Glen Dam.

Your knowledgeable guide leads you to Antelope Canyon, a 120-foot (36.5-m) deep slot canyon formed by millions of years of erosion of Navajo Sandstone. Reach the canyon and marvel at the rainbow-like layers of color that characterize the wavy patterns of its walls. See the sun's rays emitting from the gorge's opening, casting warm pools of light on its floor. Be swept away by the hues of orange, yellow, blue, and purple that illuminate the canyon's twisting sandstone cliffs.

Also included in your experience is a stop at the historic Cameron Trading Post, where Zuni, Hopi, and Navajo artists display and sell a variety of crafts.

Lunch is provided.

This tour was top notched. Allen, our tour guide was outstanding. Nate, our tour guide for Anetelope Canyon went above and beyond by giving everyone tips on camera settings to even taking pictures for us. Highly recommend both of them and give 5-stars for the day. A must see tour.

The wonders of Mother Nature, plus the friendly and professionalism from our tour guide Marty and the local Navajo guide Erwin made it a unforgettable experience.
