First, meet in a central location for a safety briefing and some quick practice to become familiar with your bike, which is essentially a regular bike with a nifty battery pack that kicks in as you pedal. This conserves your energy and allows you to focus on seeing all you can. Then set out into the city center.

Leave the city center and head into the glorious surrounding countryside, where you can cruise along quiet, shaded roads lined with cypress trees.
