Know before you book

  • Due to airline restrictions, passenger name changes are not permitted under any circumstance, and switching airlines may not be an option. Airline change penalty fees may apply and vary by airline and fare type. No shows will incur full charges.
  • Children under 2 years of age are complimentary, provided they sit on a parent's lap
  • You must present a government-issued photo ID or passport (international guests) on the day of the activity
  • Pickup is between 4:15 AM and 4:30 AM from select Waikiki hotels, or the Kahala Hotel, as selected. You will arrange your exact pickup time from your hotel or a nearby location when you call to confirm your reservation.
  • If your hotel is not in Waikiki, you will be responsible to arrange transportation to a central pickup point in Waikiki for the start of your tour.
  • Tour pickup and/or return times may vary, depending on airline flights.
  • Not all tour stops are ADA accessible (such as those on beaches and uneven paths). You must be able to walk on unpaved or uneven terrain.
  • Please notify the tour operator at least 48 hours in advance if you will be traveling with a wheelchair. Wheelchair lift NOT available on vehicle. Collapsible wheelchairs ONLY (guest must be able to ascend/descend vehicle stairs).
