We’ll start the class with a fun warm-up designed to help you stretch, find your balance, and connect to the music. We will walk across the floor engaging in some ice-breaking cat walks and moves, breaking everything down so you can feel comfortable and confident no matter your level. Once you’ve got the basics, we’ll build a short choreography routine to music that makes you feel powerful — something you can record, remember, and be proud of. Everyone will be encouraged to move at their own pace, celebrate their progress, and enjoy the moment. This class isn’t about perfection — it’s about confidence, movement, and self-expression.
