What you can expect

Enjoy the walking tour of the breathtaking Piazza San Marco and the guided visit inside theGolden Basilica of Saint Mark.

Meet the guide in Piazza San Marco and start to discover the main highlights of the square as the Clock Tower, The Basilica, Doge’s Palace, the Bell Tower and many others. The guide will narrate history, legends and secrets of glorious past of Venice. The walking tour proceeds until Rialto Bridge passing through charming squares as the Santi Giovanni and Paolo’s one, where there is the Pantheon of Venice.

Later, you will enter in the breathtaking Basilica of Saint Mark, known as the Golden Cathedral thanks to its incredible golden mosaics. Immerse yourself in the world of Byzantine art, savoring soaring gold mosaics, inlaid marble floors, and biblical depictions.

Finally, you will have the opportunity to join an optional glassblowing demonstration at a glass factory very close to Saint Mark’s square.
