After getting kitted out, we'll head towards La Croisette and its grand hotels, passing by the Palais des Festivals, and then on to Palm Beach. We'll return via the Carré d'Or, a festive spot for the youth of Cannes. We'll also check out the “painted walls,” which are paintings on the facades of buildings featuring the great figures of French and world cinema.
Then, we'll head to Le Suquet. From the top of its promontory, the Suquet district watches over Cannes. This is where it all began, when the city was just a fishing village. Le Suquet, with Notre Dame de l'Esperance at its summit, the church built in 1627, offers the most beautiful panorama of the city.
