You will leave the class with a clear picture of how important it is to follow clearly outlined steps that will enable you to make the perfect espresso, whether it is on a commercial machine or a home espresso machine. The 11:30 a.m. class is during opening hours of the cafe, so be prepared to interact with regulars while taking the class! You might even end up making your espresso for a customer!!!
