Une longue route depuis Montego Bay mais la guide était très intéressante et l'autobus confortable. Le musée Bob Marley est d'un grand intérêt mais la visite est très expéditive. Pour le blue montain coffee, le paysage est à couper le souffle. Le site est magnifique. Les explications pour la fabrication du café étaient vraiment détaillées et instructives. Petit bémol, les escaliers et la marche pour voir où pousse le café ne sont pas facile d'accès. Avis à ceux qui ont des problèmes de mobilité! Je recommande vraiment cette activité, particulièrement aux amateurs de bon café!

Overall tour was good. Tour guide for the Marley Museum was excellent. He went into details on Marley’s background and musical career. My biggest complaint is tour company never confirmed the pickup time from my hotel. The Expedia ad stated 7am. Thank God I thought to contact Expedia the night before the tour as my pickup time turned out to be 6:30 am. Had I not contacted Expedia, I would have missed the tour! Expedia should provide more info on the coffee tour. For example, it’s not a factory tour, but rather a tour of where the coffee beans are grown. And one has to climb many steps in the mountains to see the plants. Tour guide did a great job of explaining the different beans and the environment in which they grow.

It’s very pricey for what you actually get. You don’t see any of Kingston city other than through the windows of the bus. The coffee plantation was informative. The bob Marley house tour was fun but very rushed. The tour guide -Jerome- was doing well right up until he told us not to bother tipping if we were going to leave a couple of dollars and stated that “tourists don’t know the value of money”!!! It was incredibly rude and unnecessary. It put travellers off considering a private tour with him... as he was keen to offer us throughout the day. The driver used his mobile phone whilst driving and the tour guide spent time on the return journey video calling some children - presumably his own - in a plot to encourage greater tips. It was all rather unprofessional.

Blue mountains is a UNESCO World Heritage Site but not as much time there. A lot of time in Bob Marley museum, good if you are a fan of reggae music not otherwise. Too much time in bus.
