Don't miss out on this unique and exclusive opportunity in Paris to step behind the counter of a Parisian bakery and learn from a master artisan baker the fine art of baking! In the kitchens of this award-winning bakery, you'll learn how to bake baguettes and croissants with the guidance of an expert French baker.

In a group of 8 participants max, you'll be escorted by the baker into the kitchens, don an apron, and get to work. Your baker will walk you through the preparation of iconic French croissants from start to finish, and you'll learn how to prepare the dough and roll the croissants so that they turn out perfectly. Then, you'll head into the bread-making area, as you discover the varieties of baguettes (yes, there's more than one!) and what makes each of them unique. You'll receive tips on how to mix the dough, prep, rising and baking times, and learn the traditional method of shaping dough into baguettes by hand. As a special treat, you'll receive the recipes of the pastries and breads that you see by email, with tips and tricks on how to replicate that unique French taste, even when you're back home. With a few surprises thrown into the mix, and tastings of pastries and breads, you're sure to leave with a newfound appreciation for French baking - and a satisfied stomach.
