Agra is situated in the state of Uttar Pradesh and gets the most amounts of tourists every
year. It was once the capital of Mughal Empire. Since Shah Jahan could not stay in the land after
the death of his beloved wife, he shifted the capital to Delhi. Agra is located on the western banks
of the river, Yamuna.
People think Agra is just for Taj Mahal. But, it is an enthusiast place that would put you in awe.
Agra was the capital of the great Akbar. Thus, there are a lot of architectural marvels to enjoy here
that are related to the Persian style. The iconic tourism destination is the world wonder, Taj
Mahal. Apart from this, you can find tombs of various kinds, religious places, Yamuna River and
water-related activities in the river.

ITINERARY
Pick up from Jaipur by 5:30 AM. Cover the distance of Agra in 5 hrs.
On reaching Agra visit Taj Mahal. The Taj Mahal was designated as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1983 for being the jewel of Muslim art in India and one of the universally admired masterpieces of the world's heritage. It is regarded by many as the best example of Mughal architecture and a symbol of India's rich history. In 2007, it was declared a winner
of the New 7 Wonders of the World.
After Taj Mahal visits Agra Fort Rakabgani. Agra Fort is a historical fort in the city of Agra in India. It was the main residence of the emperors of the Mughal Dynasty until 1638 when the capital was shifted from Agra to Delhi. Before capture by the British, the last Indian rulers to have occupied it was the Marathas.
Last stop of the tour would be Fatehpur Sikri. Fatehpur Sikri is a small city in northern India, just west of Agra, founded by a 16th-century Mughal emperor. Red sandstone buildings cluster at its center. Buland Darwaza gate is the entrance to Jama Masjid mosque. Nearby is the marble Tomb of Salim Chishti. Diwan-E-Khas hall has a carved central pillar. Jodha
Bais Palace is a mix of Hindu and Mughal styles, next to the 5-story Panch Mahal that overlooks the site.
Leave back for Jaipur by 4:00 PM.
