Learn how to make authentic Mexican dishes during this hands on cooking lesson at a private cooking school set in the Mayan jungle with a professional Chef. Prepare a 6 courses gourmet meal, and feel like a member of the family during this small group experience. Your experience would start with a greeting from our staff who would lead to our dining room.

Visit our organic garden where you would have the opportunity to know some herbs and chiles that we use in Mexican cuisine.

Once all the food is cooked, celebrate your culinary accomplishment with a traditional Mexican fiesta, complete with drinks, tequila and music.
