Early in the morning, you will be picked up from your hotel to go on a discovery beginner diving tour off the coast of Santa Cruz. You will experience diving up to 10 meters, although it does not result in a certification. The scuba instructor will spend a little time with you to explain the basic principles of scuba diving and give you an overview of your scuba gear. Once you feel comfortable, your instructor will take you in the beach to help you learn basic scuba skills. Depending on the authorizations from the National Park of Galapagos, you will visit any of the three different dives sites on the island - they all have their own thriving populations of rare sea life, where under its crystal clear waters you can swim with hammerhead sharks, white tip sharks, sea lions, golden rays, sea turtles, fish and a great variety of marine life.

Today, you can enjoy another day underwater and admire all the colourful fish, turtles, rays and sharks while diving. Again, the destination will depend on availability, weekday and permissions by the Galapagos National Park. Enjoy another evening and night in Puerto Ayora.

At the designated time, your driver will pick you up at your hotel and take you to the Itabaca Channel, which you will cross on a ferry. Take the public shuttle bus to the airport terminal, where your program ends with your return flight to the mainland.
