Day 1 When you arrive at the airport, meet your driver for the transfer that brings you to your 3-star hotel. Get settled in, and then enjoy free time for the rest of the day to get to know the city.
Day 2 The day's tour takes you on a ride along the fertile Lerma Valley. Get a look at the tobacco plantations along the road and the picturesque vineyards of Cafayate before your stop at a local winery for a tasting. In the afternoon, tour the city markets before you set out through Las Conchas Gorge, an incredible reddish-colored rock formation.
Day 3 Embark on a full-day UNESCO World Heritage Site excursion, exploring Purmamarca's village with its 7 Colours Hill, Church, and Craft Market. Journey through Posta de Hornillos to Tilcara's village and visit the Pucará. Pass the Tropic of Capricorn in Huacalera and see Pollera de la Colla Hill's vibrant colors. Witness the remarkable Harquebusier Angels paintings at Uquía Church. In Humahuaca, visit the Cathedral and Independence Monument. Enjoy lunch and a scenic drive back, observing the picturesque “Paleta del Pintor” and the Abra de Santa Laura, La Cienaga dam, Las Maderas, and Campo Alegre if time permits.
Day 4 The excursion draws to a close with a transfer that carries you back to the airport for your departing flight.
