Day 1, Temple of Heaven, Lama Temple, Tiananmen Square and Forbidden City.Your friendly tour guide will meet you at 8:30am in your centrally located Beijing Hotel and transferred in a comfortable air conditioned vehicle, head to your first stop-Temple of Heaven, an imperail complex of religious buildings. The complex was visited by the Emperors of Ming and Qing dynasties for annual ceremonies of prayer to Heaven for good harvest. Now it is a very popular park particularly for Beijing's seniors, dancing, singing or playing Taiji. If you like, you are very welcome to join them.

Then continue to the largest and best-preserved lamasery Beijing-Lama Temple, built in 1694 during the Qing Dynasty (1644-1911) as the residence of the Emperor Yongzheng before he ascended the throne. The residence was completely converted into a lamasery in 1744.

After enjoy a nice local lunch, visit Tiananmen Square and Forbidden City.

The Forbidden City is a UNESCO WorldHeritage Site.Iit was the Imperial residence during the Ming and Qing dynasties.

After the tour, you will be transferred back to your hotel

Day 2, Mutianyu Great Wall and Summer Palace

Meet your tour guide at 8:00am in your hotel lobby and head to Mutianyu Great Wall, one of the best-preserved and best-known Great Wall sections. It is further and less crowded.

After enjoy a tasty lunch at a nice local restaurant, continue to Summer Palace, a summer resort for the Qing dynasty's royal family.It covers anexpanse of 2.9 square mainly dominated by Longevity Hill and Kunming Lake.

Then, you will be transferred back to your hotel.
