The food was awful and horribly overpriced. I got a Cesar salad that had powdered Parmesan on lettuce. Powdered instead of sliced or grated. $22. A glass of iced tea that was also from powder $7. No refill even. The lobby and rooms were not very clean. Musty smell too.
The rooms are very dim. There's very little light. The only place you can read the paper is in the bathroom. The concierge sent us to Benoit's which was awful---D-. The food was bland and not fresh. The only thing edible was the bread.
Honestly, one of the best hotels I've stayed in hands down. would highly recommend staying here.
The Refinery is a great hotel in the perfect location! Very large room (we booked deluxe double) and within walking distance to Times Square, Broadway shows and Rockefeller Center.
We stayed in 4 different hotels over the course of our 7 day New York State vacation. This was hands down the best hotel we stayed at! Everything was phenomenal. From the room to the hotel staff. Me and my husband both were blown away by how much we enjoyed this hotel and how the staff went above ...
Overall the property was nice and the rooms were sufficient. However, I had NO hot water and was not able to shower properly while there. I was in town for a 70th birthday party and felt gross attending. Nicoe
Love the location. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel rooms need to be updated. Pocket doors were noisy and difficult to slide. Faucets were old, not great water pressure
The Lotte New York Palace is a wonderful luxury hotel quietly tucked behind St Patrick's Cathedral. The west side views on the upper floors are amazing! You look right down on Rockefeller Center and Radio City. The staff is very friendly and professional. I will definitely stay here again. The only ...
THe staff was helpful and accomodating. The location is excellent and great for getting around the city. The accommodations and service were as you would expect from the Mandarin Oriental company - top notch.
The hotel has a perfect location on both 5th Avenue & Central Park South. The experience was perfect
My recent stay at the Baccarat was the best hotel experience I have had compared to other 5 star hotels in the city. Not only did the hotel meet my expectations but in certain situations they were exceeded. The location is perfect, the hotel is absolutely beautiful and the personnel outstanding.I was ...
This hotel understands how to make you feel special. Their staff are respectful, gracious, and impeccably dressed. Rooms are clean, beautifully appointed, and luxurious. I loved the jetted tub, especially after walking for eight hours solid, and coming home exhausted with achy feet. Noticed I said ...
This hotel was amazing. The staff was very attentive and very kind to us. My wife even got a hug from Joe the door man when we left. Highly recommend.
Located in Midtown, this luxury hotel is within a 5-minute walk of Carnegie Hall and Central Park. Columbus Circle and 5th Avenue are also within 10 minutes. 5 Av.-53 St. Station and 57 St. - 7 Av Station are within a 5-minute walk.
The room was uncomfortable in terms of the sitting area in the room. In order to sit I had to sit on the bed.
Staff were all pleasant and the atmosphere was welcoming! Loved the look of the room and shower! The bar was very retro and bartender was personable. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.
Located in Midtown, this luxury hotel is within a 10-minute walk of The High Line Park and Chelsea Piers. Jacob K. Javits Convention Center and Chelsea Market are also within 1 mi (2 km). 23 St. Station (8th Av.) is 11 minutes by foot and 34th Street–Hudson Yards Station is 12 minutes.
We were told that the breakfast was free but when we went to the breakfast they charged us $61. We then paid for it with our Visa card and It was’nt until we were checking out of the hotel that we complained about this that they said the meal and charge we had paid for would not show up on our bill. ...
They gave me food credit for each day of my stay for my birthday. But made me pay for a room upgrade. Bad hours for gym. It was closed when I needed to go.
Excellent service! Expectations exceeded, especially when we asked for a roller bed and it was brought to us quickly. They have housekeeping services 24/7.
The hotel was very clean and quite not alot of people. The air smelled good. The buffet is inexpensive and has a great selection. Free valet parking just tip. Easy check in no waiting. The only thing is it's far like 25 min to the Las Vegas strip. If you dont mind driving back and forth, or stay ...
Located in Las Vegas Strip, this luxury hotel is within a 15-minute walk of Park Theater and Bellagio Casino. University of Nevada, Las Vegas and Fashion Show Mall are also within 2 mi (3 km). MGM Grand Monorail Station is 8 minutes by foot and Ballys and Paris Las Vegas Monorail Station is 17 minutes.
This was our first time staying at the Aria, although we had been through the casino and the shops at Crystal before while in Las Vegas. The good; the property is absolutely gorgeous, and in our opinion, is probably the most beautiful hotel we have stayed in during our trips to Las Vegas. The casino ...
Fantastic king suite that is HUGE! Amazing property. Great location on strip. Venetian and palazzo are sister hotels so casino credits go For both places. Highly recommend
Everything was totally beautiful the staff were great very endearing. The only thing I can say was disagreeable is they placed me a million miles away from the elevators 14th floor 83 was it because of my package selection I'm not sure. Otherwise I was thoroughly entertained/ impressed 👏
The property was clean and in a goof location. I do wish they had a fridge in the room where you could store leftover food and snacks and cold water.
Convenient, quiet, easy access to MGM and the strip.
This was a get away for a month long birthday celebration. The accomodations are very misleading. The photos of the room presentation are inaccurate. It is advertised as a studio; however upon arrival I was told that this is an AirBNB. I was unable to change to a higher floor or upgrade my accomodations. ...
We rented an efficiency penthouse sweet that had a kitchen but no glasses, silverware, plates or utensils, rather useless though we had no intention of cooking, it would have been nice to prepare drinks and snacks. No coffee service in the Lobby was sad.
It was a pleasant stay, but there are a couple of things that you need to be aware of if you are staying at Caesars Palace. If you are planning on checking in early, there is a $50 fee for early check in. Unlike most other hotels, room service in ONLY perform if you contact them. If you are playing ...
AMAZING People working here, they seem to really care that your stay, safety, and enjoyment are all comfortable.
Average amenities and no complimentary passes with staying in Bally’s
Excellent location, friendly staff, wxcellent food at resonable prices.
Travelocity asks what are the negatives; well, the only negative is that I cannot come up with anything negative, which is pretty much a first. In short: picking Trump Int’l was a very good choice
Excellent location. Spacious contemporary room. Terrific service & staff.
Our room had an amazing view of the river and the lake. Our check in Agent was Amazing! She not only made us feel welcomed but interacted with us during our entire stay.
Great location, in the heart of Chicago. Staff prompt courteous and helpful. Very nice room, not big but quite comfortable for a family of 3, with a unique and neat design. No negatives, great Value ! Don’t want to try another Hotel next time I come to Chicago.
Checking in was great. Sabrina was extremely helpful, friendly and professional in every way.
Overall stay was great but i booked a room with a tub and a balcony and was not given that, I figured once we went in the room and realized we had no balcony they would not move us since we where already in the room and they would have to sanitize due to covid. I will ask about it first in the ...
Top notch hotel in the heart of downtown Chicago right on Michigan Ave. Very comfortable lobby and common area.
Beautiful scenery and friendly staff- everything was excellent! The only thing we had difficulties with was parking- we ended up doing valet parking however for our amount of time there was a lot! Wish we would have thought about that when looking for hotels.
I loved my room and bath, it was clean and quiet. The restaurant service and room service were both wonderful.
The hotel is well kept, didn’t like the cigarette butts by front door. There should be a container for used cigarette ends. The staff is very friendly and Michael of special events went out of his way to accommodate the newlyweds that were staying there. It is in a great location off Michigan Ave. ...
Hotel staff efficient and friendly. Room clean, inviting and relaxing. Great stay. You must stay here.
The year since our last stay at this specific location has not been kind to the property. Noticed a lot of "needs improvement" areas and the staff seemed much less interested in our needs and desires. Sadly, I was overall disappointed and if I was choosing to stay in area again I would have to really ...
All was very nice, warm welcoming and tasteful, Not very happy with the cost of breakfast.
Super friendly staff, within walking distance of the best spots in Chicago.
The trainee who checked me in was adorable - lovely and chatty and friendly - while the supervisor was glum and superior-acting (the opposite of friendly). My hall and room 739 were a bit shabby - top of the curtains were filthy brown, carpet in my room was stained, stains in bathroom - but the view ...
We loved the spaciousness of the rooms, great bath products, super clean and the beds were super comfy. We had a great stay.
This was my second time staying the The Sixty. The staff is very friendly and accommodates any needs you might have. Location is awesome! Very walkable to Rodeo and many other great spots in Beverly Hills. They have an awesome pool!
Great hotel. Great location. Clean. Quiet. Perfect for everyone
Located in the heart of West Hollywood, this luxury hotel is within a 15-minute walk of Sunset Strip and Whiskey a Go Go. Melrose Avenue and Beverly Center Shopping Mall are also within 2 mi (3 km).
Check-in was at 3 pm, but our room "wasnt ready" until ariund 7 pm. We had to beg for towels, since our rooms didnt have any. The staff and management were extremely rude. Horrible experience. Please save yourself the trouble and go to the other major brand hotel just a mile or so away.
The hotel was Quiet, clean, great quick service. There were services for restaurant that could be taken out.
The location is great. It's close to the metro and walking distance to Staples Centre and other downtown attractions.
The location was perfect. The hotel staff was friendly and the atmosphere of the hotel was great. No loud noise, disrupting behavior and while there everyone followed the cdc guidelines and wearing protective masks.
The Garland was welcoming, nice amenities including a heated pool, whirlpool, walk up bar, excellent housekeeping staff, and easy access to restaurants, grocery + drug stores and close to their Metro to downtown.
It was great, all around! Beautiful hotel, beautiful commons areas, room was clean and nice. Service was friendly, fantastic experience
The bathroom was awesome. I liked the area it was in. Very nice for walking.
I paid for a primer ocean view I did not get. Other than that it was a nice hotel and great location. Only downside is Loads of homeless on streets.
First, my upstairs neighbors were extremely noisy and woke me from a dead sleep three hours before I had enough sleep. They were literally jumpin up and down on the floor, chasing each other around the room, jumping from bed to bed. It was absolutley ridiculous and beyond rude. I called the front ...
Love this hotel. Very close to the beach and convenient location overall. Super clean with an old timer feel. Will return!
Everyone was very helpful. Offering cold water on a hot day to recommending restaurants that were open in the area. Seattle is very slow right now.
What we liked: location, location, location which is convenient to everything we needed to do in Seattle. In addition, we were grateful for Berhane the bellman and Redi at the front desk who went out of their way to be helpful to us and to try to minimize what we were unhappy about. What we were ...
On the lake; great staff, park next door; large rooms well-appointed; beautiful pool (indoor) and fitness center; good restaurant and bar; Only concern is limited TV unless you have Netflix. I have gotten great deals through Travelocity.
It was heavenly! Very clean and quiet. I'm sure everyone complains about the parking cost......that would be my only complaint. :(
Beautiful, modern rooms with lots of amenities. Great location. Close to restaurants, shopping, and waterfront. Easy access to the freeway. Valet parking with courteous reception and valet staff. Spacious and welcoming lobby area with lots of cozy seating and fireplace.
Great location, spacious room, cool decor, good coffee bar and cocktail lounge on site, free cocktails at happy hours
Beautiful! Try the restaurant on the property. It’s called Sic Seven. It was amazing! And the view!!! Wow!!
We had the most amazing time while staying at the Grand Hyatt. The staff knew we were celebrating our wedding anniversary and upgraded our room so we could enjoy a water view. We watched the most spectacular sunset from our room while sharing a complimentary bottle of wine that was from the hotel ...
The wonderfully kind man at the front desk. After a long day of traveling, Its important to remember kindness always wins out.
Close to Space Needle, Museum of Pop Art, nice lobby, grocery store conveniently in front of building. Very comfortable beds.
345 am had some noisy neighbors, i mean LOUD. Called the desk after an hour with no answer.
The location worked very well for our needs. Very close to the needle and the city center. A little bit of a walk to pike market. There is a market right down the way so very useful. The room is spacious and it comes with a kitchen, but no stove or oven so no real cooking can be done. Also no garbage ...
Love the pineapple theme. Staff was very friendly. Bed was good. Overall a nice experience
Everything about it was great. Staff was exceptional!
We first arrived to our room to be disappointed in the cleanliness. But the manager Pearl made it right for us. She gave us adjoining rooms for a discounted price and felt so bad about our “first” impression. Our rooms were so very clean and stocked. The breakfast was good too considering the times ...
The hotel is elegant but classic and the staff are wonderful! Great place to stay and easy access to the heart of San Francisco!
First class hotel. I was greeted by name by 3 different people from the curb to the front desk. Room was perfect with amazing views.
Great location to sightseeing in San Francisco. Hotel was everything you would expect a Four Seasons to be from prompt valet, bell staff, courteous reception and immaculate room. Ours had a city view with seat cushions all along the window sill for cozy nightlife watching!
Super helpfu front desk and bellhop staff! Rooms were clean and comfortable.
I loved the Omni. Every person I encountered who worked there were awesome. The room was spotless and the bed so comfy.
The staff provided excellent customer service had a beautiful view from the room will stay there again.
Great price for a beautiful hotel. Also walking distance to everything we needed and more.
I requested hypoallergenic pillows multiple times, but my request was never filled.
The location of the Bijou is handy for many activities especially in the Theater District and around Union Square. Unfortunately, we had a room on the street side where dozens of homeless hang out and make noise all through the night!
I love that it’s in the center of it all.. great balcony and fireplace ! Nice and clean and staff was friendly
The staff was very kind. The cheese and wine reception from 5-6 was a nice surprise.
Pretty noisy at night. Beds are great. But had a hard time sleeping with the outfit noise
It was very nice and well organize. It felt like home away from home.
The property is aesthetically pleasing and quiet. The staff is professional, knowledgeable, helpful and they give accurate directions. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay there again.
What was particularly impressive was the gentleman who came in place of the bellman who had not yet shown up for work at 4:15 am. He was a maintenance man, i believe, and after getting our luggage down from the room ensured that valet parking attendant get the car promptly, which had not yet happened. ...
Nice surprise, especially for the price and location. Excellent room, bedding. Steps away from Union Square, China Town, and Financial District.
Staff always friendly. In the room there might be more coffee pods and milk for the kurig. Water glasses also.we only received a newspaper one day
The room views were fantastic! We were on California Street, so the cable cars were noisy.
Very friendly and helpful staff, especially the front desk. When we were checking in their system was slow but they conversares with us and gave us tips on where to go in the city.
All was excellent except no newspaper as I expected on Sunday, a disappointment!
Great people beautiful hotel Location is super Reception bar area is lovely
This family-friendly Washington hotel is located on the riverwalk, within 1 mi (2 km) of Georgetown Waterfront Park, Kennedy Center, and George Washington University. Georgetown University and George Washington University Hospital are also within 1 mi (2 km). Foggy Bottom Station is 17 minutes by foot and Farragut North Station is 24 minutes.
There was an open door on the 4th floor that wouldn't close and you could see a bunch of old mini-fridges. The service was excellent. There were some minor issues I had about full disclosure. For example, I purchased my hotel room with breakfast included. I was told to order "whatever off the menu." ...
The staff was very attentive/responsive to my needs. The hotel worked perfectly for our family of 4 and was in a great location.
First impression was disappointing, and when we got to the room, I was not impressed. The front desk staff gave us an upgrade to make up for the construction and we really appreciate it.
Great staff and room service! Would recommend staying!
The front desk personnel were very helpful and helpful. Room was not cleaned properly, there’s still food in the fridge and it smelled. missing toiletries also. Front desk moved us to another room. We scheduled a cleaning for our room the following day and housekeeper did not refill any of our toiletries ...
The staff were all so kind and helpful. We really appreciated the staff from helping us find specific places to helping us with extra things for breakfast to smiling and offering assistance anytime we were in the lobby. We also enjoyed the wine tasting and our kids lived the hot chocolate.
Got a really good deal on a very nice king room. Everything was in great condition and super clean.
It needed a better bar/lounge. That's my only suggestion.
Located in Downtown Washington D.C., this romantic hotel is within a 15-minute walk of Lafayette Square, White House, and Walter E. Washington Convention Center. CityCenterDC and Warner Theatre are also within 15 minutes. McPherson Sq. Station is 5 minutes by foot and Farragut North Station is 10 minutes.
Good location within walking distance to the National Mall. Clean. Restaurant in the building. Small but reasonable fitness center.
This hotel is not really close to anything you'd want to see but it is in a great part of DC about 2 blocks from Pennsylvania Ave. It's a great spot near some nice restaurants. Breakfast wasn't all that ( you can do better in Penn. Ave ). They say you have to buy it but you cannot out. Also was told ...
Great places to stay the staff could b a little more friendly
There was no parking. One of my nights staying there I circled the block for over an hour looking for on street parking. My room was loud, both nights there was some noise coming across the windows and it was hard to sleep. The bathtub had hair left from the previous renter. The dishes in the kitchen ...
The staff was friendly and helpful. I was allowed to check in a few hours early and they held my luggage for me for a few hours after I checked out so I didn’t have to carry it around.
Very “COVID Friendly”. Room was sanitized prior to arrival, social distancing enforced, masks required in public spaces, hand sanitizers easily accessible. All contributed to a very comfortable stay.
Close to ATL airport. Easy to find. Parking was confusing having to use room key to open gate.
Staff was horrible. The staff was rude, the receptionist didn’t acknowledge nor greet us when I first arrived. We had to wait a long time to get checked in because there was only one worker at the desk. Staff was not helpful at all. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. Very disappointing.
Clean rooms with balcony view. Downtown Atl can be a little noisy on weekend even 20 floors up
All very good! Good & courteously check inn Service was very good Prompt response to request Valet parking was over the top with speed Room was clean and comfortable Check out was efficient
Just parking , construction. Hotel should have been close, for the safety of guests. Breakfast can improve, it’s just store bought items .
The hotel was beautiful the lobby was gorgeous in the pool was a lot of fun I just wish that the events didn't have all that black mold on it
Check in was a breeze after arrival. Room was nice and clean and the hotel was close to mall, shopping centers, etc..
loved it will definitely be staying here again staff was wonderful i felt safe i even got to do homework on there computer bcuz i forgot my laptop food places in walking distance i loved it
