The rooms are very dim. There's very little light. The only place you can read the paper is in the bathroom. The concierge sent us to Benoit's which was awful---D-. The food was bland and not fresh. The only thing edible was the bread.
Great place great location staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Room was amazing.
Elegant, upscale, quiet and comfortable. Walkable and close to everything. It is an excellent choice for Manhattan.
We stayed as a family of 4 in a room with 2 queen beds. It was very spacious ( actually enormous for NYC), very well appointed, stylish, comfortable, and quiet. We received a bottle of wine compliments of the manager- a very nice touch. It is not a tourist or party hotel, expect well-off middle aged ...
Everything was excellent from the moment I walked into the hotel. Excellent service! Wonderful room - quiet, comfortable, clean, great shampoo, etc. It was a delight staying here!
We stayed in 4 different hotels over the course of our 7 day New York State vacation. This was hands down the best hotel we stayed at! Everything was phenomenal. From the room to the hotel staff. Me and my husband both were blown away by how much we enjoyed this hotel and how the staff went above ...
Very stylish hotel....enjoyed the look and the location. Skewed 20 and 30 somethings..... Seems like the cost of the drinks in the lobby were a little high and service was slow there. The doormen and bellmen were extremely nice and helpful.
The staff was excellent . They were very helpful in a challenging weather situation in new your city.
Everything about the Peninsula is perfection! Next time I’m visiting NYC I will be staying there.
My recent stay at the Baccarat was the best hotel experience I have had compared to other 5 star hotels in the city. Not only did the hotel meet my expectations but in certain situations they were exceeded. The location is perfect, the hotel is absolutely beautiful and the personnel outstanding.I was ...
THe staff was helpful and accomodating. The location is excellent and great for getting around the city. The accommodations and service were as you would expect from the Mandarin Oriental company - top notch.
Located in Midtown, this luxury hotel is within a 5-minute walk of Carnegie Hall and Central Park. 5th Avenue and Columbus Circle are also within 10 minutes. 5 Av.-53 St. Station and 57 St. - 7 Av Station are within a 5-minute walk.
This hotel understands how to make you feel special. Their staff are respectful, gracious, and impeccably dressed. Rooms are clean, beautifully appointed, and luxurious. I loved the jetted tub, especially after walking for eight hours solid, and coming home exhausted with achy feet. Noticed I said ...
Great hotel just 2 blocks from Penn Station. Staff was wonderful. Four elevators too - Nice!
It was decorated beautifully modern and was very comfortable and clean. Staff was terrific. Ate at the sushi restaurant located off of the lobby and it was delicious! Would definitely stay there again.
Suits Bathroom How quite it was Convenient to get a taxi Non intrusive
loved hotel great place to stay but are cleaning every day not good thay never came with towel never came too clean 1 day out of 3 but the rest was very good
Located in Las Vegas Strip, this luxury hotel is steps from Park Theater and The Park. MGM Grand Casino and T-Mobile Arena are also within 10 minutes. MGM Grand Monorail Station is 8 minutes by foot and Ballys and Paris Las Vegas Monorail Station is 17 minutes.
Clean and safe facility welcoming staff and check in and checkout nice rooms excellent pool facility close to strip
I really liked the service from the staff. They were incredible. Whether it was the front desk or just the maintenance they were really really great. Also the food in all of the restaurants. Exceptionally well food no matter where we ate. I really like it when both my husband and i can go somewhere ...
Hotel was beautiful & lavish. Very classy but our carpet was dirty (dried crumbs & bits) as though it hadn’t been vacuumed & we didn’t receive a bag for our ice bucket until the third day of our stay. Housekeeping did honor our requests graciously though.
The rooms are all like suites, very spacious. Great variety of restaurants.
I can’t say enough good about the staff. I was there for a birthday celebration with friends and they went above and beyond. The hotel itself is terrific. Great restaurants.
All staff was friendly. Shuttle service is a plus. Quiet and clean. Never waited for elevators. Smoke free. Was very happy with my stay. .
This is our 2nd time staying at the Vdara, yet our first time booking through jet luxury on Travelocity. We will definitely be using the service again as it was the most affordable, most convenient, and very comfortable.
Beautiful comfortable room. Very nice resort. Good restaurants and Starbucks.
a little more detail on the maps to help navigate oneself around the property would be helpful.
The restaurant ( coffee shop ) food was tasty. I didn’t like the seafood restaurant opening at 5 I never got the chance to eat there!
The rooms were clean. It would have been nice to have been able to get coffee at any time during the night. Took a shuttle to the airport at 4:15 am and no where could you get coffee.
liked the relaxed atmosphere and ability to rest. Convenient pool and jaccuzi. Also great food choices in the hotel and not to far within neighborhood. Easy on and off access to freeway.. Almost forget they have Regal theatre on property as well.
The check-in was too impersonal. I did like that they had a room already available for me even though I arrived at 11 AM. The juniper bar was too noisy. I liked the bar that was very near the Eatalia
I liked the feeling that I didn't need to leave the hotel for much of anything. I did not like that the side table containing the air conditioner had a loose piece that rattled very loudly and I had to fix by stuffing pillows underneath it to quite it. I did not like that my hotel room door did not ...
Thermostat in room had a dead battery causing the ac to shut down and the room got very warm.
This was a gorgeous hotel the staff was amazing lots of places to eat and a large Outlet Mall in walking distance. Very clean hotel inside and out. Train depot within walking distance as well if you chose to take it to downtown Chicago to avoid the traffic.
It’s an ideal location. The rooms are spacious, well-kept and the staff is incredible.
This property has been renovated extremely well. It is very clean and has an amazing front desk staff. Everyone was friendly and gracious. The room was very comfortable and the bathroom/dressing area spacious. Plus, I loved the décor!
This is a great hotel! The staff is friendly, the room is clean, and it’s a quick cab ride to the Art Institute Museum. I would stay here again.
The location is really good - within walking distance to so many things! The rooms are spacious and very nicely decorated. Wish we would have had a street view instead of an alley looking into other buildings. Security was good, needed your card to scan in elevator to get to the floor. Unfortunately ...
Awesome hotel, great service, great location. Can't say enough about how wonderful this hotel was.
I was given an upgrade (liked). Bar was a little expensive (dislike).
Rooms were very nice and clean. Property was in general very nice, clean and upscale. Downsides - Limited access to moderately priced food (good food available but quite expensive), no pool facility
Very clean property. Staff friendly and helpful. Convenient parking nearby.
Wonderful hotel, convenient location. I've been staying at this hotel (for various conventions) since the early 2000s. The hotel has gone through several renovations since then, the most recent is the nicest in my opinion. I look forward to staying here again in the future.
I like the grounds, golf course and the ambiance of the hotel.
It was a lovely hotel. The only downfall was that the hotel charged me an additional $60 that wasn’t discussed prior.
It was easy to go to and from. Although we only sorry he 5 and a bit hours. Thanks Chicago.
A great place to stay when visiting the Colleges. The hotel is within walking distance to Wrigley Field, and the Lincoln Park Zoo is across the street. We had a wonderful stay. The rooftop bar is an excellent place to start your evening!!
The staff member who checked us in asked us what brought us to Chicago. When I explained we were there to celebrate my daughter's 21st bday, he wished her happy bday. The next time he saw us was 2 nights later as we were leaving for dinner. He called out to her and wished her a happy bday again and ...
One of if not the nicest resorts I’ve visited in California. The staff was great especially Robert at the front counter and Maile at the spa. We enjoyed our room with a wonderful view and the trails that surrounds the resort. Resort fees were a little steep at $40 per day and if your there to relax ...
Love the pool area and nice suite. The people that work here a friendly and helpful.
Hotel was beautiful. Did not get the automatic upgrade we were to receive and they had our address on the receipt wrong. Room service was way OVERPRICED and not that good. Drinks in bar were also way too expensive.
I did not liked my room when walking in I asked front desk to change my room n they were not able to do anything for me I feel like I’m sleeping in the floor.
meh. was underwhelmed by the experience. not sure what all the hype was about. bar was dead.
This was my second time staying the The Sixty. The staff is very friendly and accommodates any needs you might have. Location is awesome! Very walkable to Rodeo and many other great spots in Beverly Hills. They have an awesome pool!
Room was clean, staff was professional, good location for downtown. No issues.
it’s a clean nice looking hotel, but a bit of a distance from all the attractions
The staff was wonderful and attentive. Great restaurant recommendations. Room (double beds) was very clean but small. Loved the iPad! Looking forward to jacuzzi after long day but pump was broken. Only disappointment.
Unique area, very artsy. Shower was clogged, but they were quick to fix it. Make sure when you get there the list of amenities are in the room. We noticed we never had a $15 magazine to begin with so we made sure they knew that before we were charged for it being missing.
Parking at 29.00 for 1 night is too much. Not even a free bottle of water in the room for a non “elite” member. 300.00 plus per night.
Main dining restaurant very dark and unattractive. Hard to believe it was a Hyatt hotel restaurant. Bar/light food area much nicer but we did not want “big screen tvs” atmosphere. Very disappointed with dinner restaurant after almost 11 hr flight. I picked Hyatt for luxury and did not get it
Beautiful contemporary setting. Bed, pillows & blankets were very comfortable. Very safe location, Quiet & extremely well kept hotel. Convenient walking distance to restaurants. Parking fees are extra.
The bathroom was awesome. I liked the area it was in. Very nice for walking.
No vending machines and bathroom sink too small as well as the overall room size
This is the second time I have stayed here. Very nice rooms, helpful staff, clean well kept facilities. Restaurants within walking distance.
Good location—walkable to all UW attractions + U Ave / U District Fabulous Art Deco interiors and super clean. Restful and pleasant. Huge gathering /seating area lobby. Cozy fireplace
It was our first time in Seattle and we were very pleased with the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, Jackie, at the front desk welcomed us with an excellent sense of humor and willingness to take her time to point out places to see and best ways to get there. Our housekeepers Lo and Sophia ...
Great location, right on the water and next to a fun public beach and park. Fantastic if you have kids. Hotel is beautiful, clean easy to get too, close to the airport and avoids all the traffic in and out of Seattle.
Whenever you walk into the hotel, there’s the most wonderful sandlewood scent. I loved it. They have recently remodeled and it’s wonderful.
The rooms had a fireplace and great l8cation to thr Victoria Clipper
We arrived early, and they let us check in right away, so we could immediately begin enjoying our time in Seattle.
Staff is very friendly. The location is very close to the airport within walking distance.
Breakfast could have been better. It would have been nice to have a hot breakfast rather than just cereal and bagels.
Everything was great! Will stay there the next time we are in Seattle!
Always pleased w/ Embassy Suites!. The evening reception and breakfast are wonderful!
Friendly staff I've ever encountered. Hotel welcomes you with amazing decor. I've never seen a washroom with what looks like an industrial type sink. And it ties with the design. Very Nice!
XV Beacon is simply the best hotel my husband and I have EVER stayed at! The rooms are luxerious, the staff is extremely helpful and polite. The concerige helped me arrange a special anniversay evening (i.e made reservations for a show and dinner) plus the town car service took us any where else ...
Loved this property when I lived in Boston. Very friendly and accommodating staff however housekeeping needs work. Left room at 09:00 returning at 15:00 room not cleaned waited one hour in lobby. UNACCEPTABLE! Other than this annoying problem. Watch prices in spa area. Much too expensive. $50.00 ...
Disappointed there was no refrigerator but the chilled water stations were very nice.
Beautiful, old but renewed hotel in the middle of downtown Boston. Expensive....but extremely well located, NO parking and very customer oriented service staff!
The property had a great location for accessing downtown sightseeing. Staff at desk were wonderful and helpful. Would definitely stay there again!
The overall styling of the hotel. I didn't care for the expensive parking rates to park at the hotel, they should be cheaper.
Although the fact that the fire alarm works is great, did not love it going off at 1:30 am Very nice man came up to rectify the situation
The property was lovely. Unfortunately, we had lots of problems with the door lock. In three days we had to go downstairs four times to get the card reprogrammed.
The location was ideal. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean and included everything we needed. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. Would absolutely stay at this location again when visiting Boston!
Very nice big spacious clean and quiet room The bell/door staff went over the top in the morning to help me Breakfast on roof pool deck was a nice touch very relaxing
This is one of the best hotels I stayed in. I give it 5 stars...from location to cleaniness to amazing rooms. My family and I had the best time ever!!
We only stayed one night slept and showered and left.
Location was very handy for various activities. Front desk and Valet persons were very helpful and friendly. Quiet overall even though there were several activities.
Amazing hotel. Eater views and extremely helpful staff. Rooftop is an absolute MUST. and being a guest lets you skip the line
The location is absolutely fantastic! The staff is very helpful! The shuttle service is amazing!!
The property was centrally located in downtown Boston area and convenient to many restaurants & other amenities.
Our room had a beautiful view and the hotel itself was gorgeous. Great food and very accommodating staff. Loved the wine reception in the lobby and the 24 hour room service. Expensive but well-stocked minibar. Also, there was a lot to do around the area. We loved staying here!
Glamorous old San Francisco grand hotel . Lots of newer amenities . Loved the feel of the Palace ,
When I arrived they asked for my credit card to hold against the room, which I the norm. I have traveled the world, I am from California and I have stayed at hundreds of hotels worldwide. When we checked out , I tidied up the room as I usually do, put used towels in a corner to be thoughtful of the ...
It is a fine hotel, but it does not compare to other Fairmonts I have stayed with. Definitely not worth the 5 star price. You have to request the upgrades that happen naturally at other hotels of this grade.
The staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful including helping us with reservations. The room was clean, new and bright. Our stay was perfect and we will likely come back
We stayed in a 2 bedroom bayview suite for my best friend's birthday. The view was amazing. I could watch Alcatraz from my bed. We were able to walk to the Fisherman's Wharf. We also enjoyed Gherdelli Ice Cream. Breakfast was great. Staff were kind and helpful. The only improvement would be that ...
The property was well maintained and quiet. The location was very convenient as well
Breakfast was lovely and coffee in lobby always delicious... 5 pm wine deal always a nice touch and yummy nibbles.... love the lotions and shampoos and other amenities....lovely redo since 2016....GREAT place to stay...totally enjoy it...staff wonderful, too!
What was particularly impressive was the gentleman who came in place of the bellman who had not yet shown up for work at 4:15 am. He was a maintenance man, i believe, and after getting our luggage down from the room ensured that valet parking attendant get the car promptly, which had not yet happened. ...
It was very nice and well organize. It felt like home away from home.
Staff always friendly. In the room there might be more coffee pods and milk for the kurig. Water glasses also.we only received a newspaper one day
I liked the historical aspect of the hotel. It offset the tiny bathroom. They made use of the space they had to work with, while maintaining the integrity of the architecture. Loved the location and the staff was very friendly and helpful!
Fantastic location for our visit. Staff very friendly.
I really appreciated how close this was to the cable cars and sights.
Great modern hotel in a great location. Helpful and professional staff. Comfortable, clean room. Only issue was the Breakfast Buffet at $27 per person an even with the "coupon" for $15 really your only getting $13 off for a typical breakfast buffet.
I wanna go back to SF and this property; now!! I've now been to SF 3 times in the last 3 years and this is the first time I'd wanna stay at the same place again! The staff is above and beyond the kindest group I've ever been around. The bed didn't give me back pain. I was close to everything and ...
We were only there overnight so we could catch an early morning flight. However, the brief stay was great and the staff could not have been more accommodating.
Enjoyed the close proximity to many sights. The staff’s politeness and service were top notch.
The Sofitel in DC is amazing. Everything about the "neighborhood" is delightful. Clean, safe, well-lit at night. Such a great location to everything on The Mall. We will definitely go back!
This family-friendly hotel is located in the city center, within 1 mi (2 km) of Georgetown Waterfront Park, Kennedy Center, and George Washington University. Georgetown University and George Washington University Hospital are also within 1 mi (2 km). Foggy Bottom Station is 17 minutes by foot and Farragut North Station is 24 minutes.
everyone was so professional always there to help especially Tiffany and Daniel made our stay perfect.
We loved being close to everything! The hotel employees were friendly and made our trip more relaxed. We were only disappointed with the pool closing at 4. We arrived after 5. We had more sights to see the next morning but we tried squeezing a swim in with my son!
It had a look and feel of luxury and awesome service. I was so excited to be able to see the Washington Monument from our 8th floor room. The only superficial thing was no microwave.
Great location and friendly staff. Was caught off guard by the parking situation.
Clean, great location Pool bar only had canned drinks, air conditioner loud. Food options sparse.
The staff was outstanding, from the front desk to housekeeping staff everyone went above and beyond to help me have a wonderful stay.
The location was perfect for seeing the city. Lots of good restaurants around and close to metro.
The concierge, Maggie, and the guy behind the desk were extremely helpful. I really appreciated their help Betsy Russ
Close to the national mall, capital, and Union station. Walking distance to Smithsonian museums
OK - missing some niceties (no bottled water in the fridge, no coffee/tea all day), fitness center minimal, just not quite "luxury" as we had hoped.
