- Tour is only valid for the specified time and date of service. Please be aware that the admission is only valid for the specified time and date of service due to limited availability, no exceptions will be made
- Please present the voucher to your service provider at the start. If you fail to do so , late or no-show, the reservation will be cancelled without any refund
- Guest must read and follow Rules of the Canyon. Due to the summer peak season, the tour start time might be delayed and subject to adjustment by the staff.
- Please arrive (Indian Rte 222, Page, AZ 86040) counter at least 1 hour prior to the tour time. Guests must get to Ken’s Tours ticketing counter on their own arrangement at “Indian Rte 222, Page, AZ 86040”.
- It is very important to arrive by your scheduled check-in time or your reservation may be subject to cancellation with no refund.
- On the day of the scheduled admission, guest(s) may NOT leave in the middle of the tour or cancel on their OWN under ANY circumstances, as these action will forfeit the chance for any refund. If factors beyond control render the tour inoperable, then please call 702-968-3021 as soon as possible
- This tour does NOT include transportation,This area is located in Indian Reservation, does not have a street sign and address, navigate directly to Ken’s Tour (GPS navigation recommended). Parking is free for non-commercial vehicles.
- Please kindly remember to notify CHD of any accompanying child(ren). The age and how many will be participating are information required to ensure the accurate reservation of admissions.
