What you can expect
Day 01: Arrive Delhi
Upon arrival at New Delhi Airport, you will be greeted and assisted by a representative from Raj Tour & Travel, who will escort you to your hotel and assist with check-in. The rest of the day is free for leisure. Overnight stay in Delhi.
Day 02: Delhi City Tour
After breakfast, enjoy a full-day guided tour of Delhi. Explore both Old and New Delhi including Jama Masjid, Chandni Chowk (with an optional rickshaw ride), Rajghat, Rashtrapati Bhawan, India Gate, Humayun’s Tomb, Qutub Minar, and Lotus Temple. Overnight stay in Delhi.
Day 03: Delhi – Jaipur & Sightseeing
After breakfast, drive to Jaipur—the vibrant Pink City. On arrival, begin exploring the city with a visit to Jal Mahal (Water Palace) and Hawa Mahal (Palace of Winds). Enjoy some local markets and cultural sights nearby. Overnight stay in Jaipur.
Day 04: Jaipur City Tour
After breakfast, continue your Jaipur tour with a visit to the magnificent Amber Fort and enjoy an optional elephant ride to the top. Then explore the Panna Meena Kund, City Palace, Jantar Mantar, and Monkey Temple. Overnight stay in Jaipur.
Day 05: Jaipur – Agra via Abhaneri & Fatehpur Sikri
Enjoy breakfast and drive to Agra. En route, visit the ancient stepwell at Abhaneri and the historic ghost city of Fatehpur Sikri. Arrive in Agra by evening and check into your hotel. Overnight stay in Agra.
Day 06: Agra Sightseeing – Train to Varanasi
Early morning visit to the Taj Mahal at sunrise—an unforgettable experience. Then explore the Agra Fort. Enjoy shopping in Agra before your evening transfer to the railway station for an overnight train to Varanasi.
Day 07: Arrive Varanasi – Evening Aarti
On arrival in Varanasi, meet your representative and transfer to the hotel. In the evening, witness the captivating Ganga Aarti ceremony at the ghats with your local guide. Overnight stay in Varanasi.
Day 08: Explore Varanasi & Sarnath – Train to Delhi
Start with a morning boat ride on the Ganges, observing life on the ghats. After breakfast, explore Varanasi’s temples, Aurangzeb's Mosque, and Banaras Hindu University. Later, take an excursion to Sarnath, a major Buddhist center. In the evening, board an overnight train to Delhi.
Day 09: Depart Delhi
Arrive in Delhi in the morning. You will be received at the station and transferred to the airport for your onward flight with unforgettable journey.
