What you can expect

At your hotel, board a climate-controlled car for the trip from La Paz to Tiwanaku, where you’ll start the day with a guided tour of this ancient spiritual, political, and cultural center. Following the tour, enjoy some independent time to check out a nearby museum, or just keep exploring Tiwanaku’s carved stones and structures.

Next, continue to the elevated shores of Lake Titicaca, pausing for an included waterside lunch.
At this point you will meet the builders of reed rafts and you will be able to sail in a boat made of reeds.
