What you can expect

  • Visit Ballindalloch Distillery, where nature and the art of distillation unite. Explore this award-winning manual distillery. This family-owned single malt distillery is located beside the Castle Golf Course, along the banks of the River Avon within the Ballindalloch Estate. The castle has been home to the Macpherson-Grant family since its establishment in 1546.

    Take a guided tour of the small production area with an experienced host and enjoy samples of two Ballindalloch whiskies. Learn how the smooth and fruity spirit matures in both American white oak barrels and European sherry casks.
    The experience lasts around 45 minutes and bottled samples are available upon request for drivers.
