Embassy Suites Charleston
The hotel is a bit unorganized when checking in staff not friendly at front desk the check in process can definitely use some changes. This hotel is close to cruise port . Very busy van service can also use some improvements.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Hot breakfest was fine. Room fixtures in the bathroom (TP holder and cloths holder on the door) came off. One bug in the bathroom. Noise outside during the night like construction.

Charleston Marriott Town Center
Not what you expect when you stay at a Marriott. It is an old and tired looking facility. The carpet in the hallways was bumpy and could cause a fall. It’s a shame as it use to be a very nice place.
