I got moved to another room and that bed had stains all over the sheets that resembled urine had to then request new sheets that I had to put on myself. The elevators are disgusting. Ice machine leaking water everywhere. The general manager was extremely rude hung up on me. I asked for a late check out and wouldn’t accommodate beyond 12 pm. I was moving rooms at 1 am and she said “well he don’t look tired to me” because I was walking around at 10:30 am and had to walk down the street to get water at a gas station because the hotel was out of water bottles. I’m in the hotel industry I renovate hotels for the last 25 years. It’s my job to make them better for the guests and this was one of the worst run hotels I’ve seen in years. Outside of the general manager and one woman working the front desk. The staff was very nice and tried their best to accommodate Tara specifically was great."
