Our A/C wasn’t working, our safe needed new batteries, our TV didn’t work, and the TV remote needed new batteries. The elevator was broken when we arrived so we had to carry our luggage a very long distance to get to a working elevator. Positives: the elevator was working by the next morning. When we called maintenance for the safe and A/c they were quick to respond and courteous (we didn’t bother calling about the TV). The bed was comfy."
